E3Tech Engenharia e Representações LTDA is a company that operates in the segment of Commercial Representation and Conformity Assessment. Founded in 2016 by professionals with more than 15 years of experience, it is able to provide a wide range of services related to conformity assessment.

These services cover the whole flow of certification, which goes from the creation of the regulation, passes through the construction and accreditation of testing laboratories and ends with a certified and homologated product. In order to better understand E3Tech's field of expertise, it is essential to understand the meaning of "conformity assessment”:

According to ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17011:2005: “Conformity assessment bodies are organizations that provide the following conformity assessment services: management system certification, product certification, people certification, testing, calibration and inspection”.

According to ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17000:2005: "Conformity assessment is the demonstration that the specified requirements relating to a product, process, system, person or agency are met."

According to the WTO, Contained in the Agreement on Technical Barriers, Annex 1: "Conformity assessment is any procedure used, directly or indirectly, to determine that the relevant requirements of technical regulations or norms are met."

Lastly, we have INMETRO that summarizes "Procedure that aims to provide an adequate degree of confidence in a given product, by meeting the requirements defined in norms or technical regulations”.

E3Tech is not tied to an OAC, remaining independent and impartial and allowing the customer to enjoy the benefits of having a product with its conformity evaluated, at a low cost, in a short time, without problems and without surprises throughout the process.

E3Tech also actively participates in the preparation of regulations with national agencies and regulatory bodies and is able to keep its customers up to date on future trends within the scope of conformity assessment.
